The purpose is to read the inquiry and reply. The form sends the message to the company inbox. Netlify, which hosts the website, receives the submission in order to deliver that email.
The company does not sell personal information. Netlify is used to deliver the inquiry to the company email. This website does not include third-party analytics.
The message remains in the company mailbox for as long as it is needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Netlify also keeps a copy of the form submission. There is no separate customer database on this website.
