How we work

A project starts with what you already know.

Tell MachKnowSoft the product. The next step is a written plan, then software you can review in slices. Place engineers on your own plan, or hand the project to MachKnowSoft.

First conversation

How a project starts.

Four steps take the work from a description to a plan. Fees and dates are agreed in the project itself.

01
Share the product
You describe what the product is, who uses it, and what is already decided. A timeline helps when you have one.
02
Name what is still open
MachKnowSoft asks about the parts that are not decided yet, so the plan is not built on a guess.
03
Choose the way to build
Engineers join a plan you direct, or MachKnowSoft runs the project and you review it.
04
Write the plan, then show the work
Scope, schedule, risk, and change are written down. Projects run on PMI/PMBOK practices, led by a PMP-certified project manager. The product is shown in slices, and handover includes the context needed to keep it running.

Engagement

Two ways to build.

Develop with MachKnowSoft in one of two ways. Place engineers on a plan you already run, or hand the whole project to one team. Projects run on PMI/PMBOK practices, led by a PMP-certified project manager.

Resource outsourcing

You already know what to build. You need engineers who can join that work.

MachKnowSoft places people on your project. They work inside the plan you are already running. You decide the priorities, the order of the tasks, and what finished means this week. The engineers follow that direction instead of replacing it.

You keep the plan, the backlog, and the day-to-day decisions.
Engineers are added for the work the project needs, such as mobile, web, machine learning, or integrations.
They work as part of your team, on your priorities, for the time the agreement covers.
You can see the progress because you are the one directing it.

Choose this when your own lead already has the plan and needs more hands.

Full project management

You have a product to ship. MachKnowSoft runs the project that gets it there.

One team holds the work from the first conversation through handover. MachKnowSoft agrees what is in scope, keeps the schedule, builds in slices you can review, and prepares the release. You judge the result and the open decisions. You do not have to direct every task.

Scope, schedule, build, and release stay with one team.
A written plan shows what is included, what is still open, and what changed.
You see working software along the way, not only a report at the end.
Handover includes the context a team needs to keep the product running.

Choose this when you want MachKnowSoft to carry the project, not only to supply people.

How the work is managed.

01
PMI practice
Projects run on PMI/PMBOK practices, led by a PMP-certified project manager. Scope, schedule, risk, and change are written down, so the work does not depend on memory. When something moves, the change is recorded and both sides can see what shifted and why. The company itself is not PMP-certified.
02
Agile delivery
The software is delivered in an agile way. It is built in short slices that can be tried and discussed. Each slice is reviewed before the next one starts, so a wrong turn is caught while it is still small. The plan stays visible, and the build adjusts from what the review shows.
03
What you decide
In resource outsourcing, you direct the people. In full project management, MachKnowSoft directs the work and you review it. Both paths can use the same engineers. The difference is who holds the plan.

The marks belong to the clients. MachKnowSoft developed the software. Shwra, Shwra AI, Cleara, and Daarna are the public products you can open.

Tell us about the product you want to build.

Share the idea, the timeline, and the kind of help you need. MachKnowSoft will use that brief to shape a practical next step.
