Daarna

Daarna, live at daarna.app, is built for residential communities. The association head, the property manager, and unit owners share one product: an owner app and an administration dashboard. MachKnowSoft developed the software for this product.

A community splits the same work across several people: dues, maintenance, meetings, and the providers who carry out services. Daarna keeps that work in one place instead of separate chats and spreadsheets.

Owners use the app to see what they owe, read announcements, file a maintenance report, pay, vote, and follow meetings. The dashboard is for the people running the community: services, providers, tickets, finances, and reports. The public product also speaks to service providers, consultants, and developers.
